Fresh from completing his hugely successful debut headline tour of the UK, Liverpool rock singing sensation, Dan Byrne is set to release his first bout of new music since last year’s critically acclaimed E.P, ‘Beginnings’.
Having been dubbed by Planet Rock Radio as a ‘Voice of a Generation" and Classic Rock Magazine's "One to Watch", Dan will be following on from ‘Death of Me’ which spent 11 weeks on the Planet Rock A-list.
Tail-ending the announcement that he will be supporting supergroup The Dead Daisies on their upcoming UK August tour alongside a plethora of dates through spring and summer, his new single ‘Sentimental’ is slated for release April 4th and is a funk infused feel-good rocker driven by an undeniable groove and an unshakable ear-worm of a chorus. The new track is just the first of an album’s worth of material Dan has been crafting over the past six months.
Having released his debut EP, toured with the likes of rock legends Tyketto, stormed major UK rock festivals, garnered 25+ weeks of playlisted air time on Planet Rock (alongside appearing at the radio station’s 25th birthday show alongside Black Star Riders & The Answer AND their Winter’s End Festival), 2024 was an amazing first year as a solo artist. With that enormously successful UK trek, new music slated throughout the year and the newly announced live shows , 2025 is looking like another exciting year for Dan Byrne.
